Shipping Policy

[Your Brand Name]

Many of our garments are carefully handcrafted, and some are made especially for you. This policy explains how we ship, how long it usually takes, who is responsible for what during delivery, how international orders work, and what we ask of our customers.

When you place an order on [your website address], you agree to this Shipping Policy.

1. Where We Ship

[Your Brand Name] ships to customers around the world.

We currently deliver to:

  • Pakistan
  • [United Kingdom]
  • [United States]
  • [Canada]
  • [Australia]
  • [United Arab Emirates]
  • [Saudi Arabia]
  • [Other countries you serve]

If your country does not appear at checkout, please contact us before you place an order.

(Delete any country you do not ship to. If you only ship within Pakistan, keep just that line.)

2. Making Your Order

Many of our pieces are handcrafted or made to order, so they need time before they can be sent.

Approximate making times are:

  • Ready-to-wear and pret: [4 to 8 weeks]
  • Formal wear: [6 to 10 weeks]
  • Bridal wear: [8 to 16 weeks]
  • Couture and custom orders: the time depends on how detailed the piece is

These are estimates only. The actual time may change because of:

  • The amount of hand embroidery involved
  • Whether the fabric is in stock
  • Sourcing of materials
  • Busy wedding seasons
  • Public holidays
  • Events beyond our control

(Change these timelines to match how long your orders really take, or delete this section if you sell ready stock only.)

3. Delivery Time

Once your order is finished, delivery usually takes:

  • Within Pakistan: [2 to 7 business days]
  • International: [5 to 15 business days]

These times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delivery charges: [Delivery is free on orders over PKR 25,000. A flat fee of PKR ___ applies to smaller orders.]

4. Couriers We Use

We may send your order with local or international courier companies, such as:

  • [TCS]
  • [Leopards]
  • [DHL]
  • [FedEx]
  • [Pakistan Post]
  • Other trusted logistics providers

We decide which courier is best suited to each parcel.

5. Your Delivery Details

Please make sure that:

  • Your delivery address is correct
  • The recipient's name is spelled correctly
  • Your phone number is active
  • Your email address is valid

We are not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or failed deliveries that happen because the details you gave us were wrong. If wrong details cause extra shipping costs, we may charge them to you.

6. Customs Duties and Taxes (International Orders)

For countries where we offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping through our logistics partners, you normally do not have to pay import duties or taxes when your parcel arrives.

Customs rules differ between countries and can change without notice. In some cases, customs officials may:

  • Ask for more documents
  • Hold your parcel longer during clearance
  • Ask you to confirm your identity or details
  • Apply government charges

We cannot control these actions.

If you choose your own courier or a third-party forwarding service, you are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and local government charges.

7. Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs checks
  • Government restrictions
  • Bad weather
  • Airline delays
  • Courier delays
  • Public holidays
  • Events outside our control
  • Security screening
  • Natural disasters
  • Political unrest

Delivery dates we give you are a guide only.

8. Lost or Stolen Parcels

Once the courier's tracking shows that your order was delivered, we are not responsible for:

  • Theft
  • Loss after delivery
  • Parcels accepted by someone else on your behalf
  • Any problem that happens after delivery is confirmed

Please arrange a safe place for your parcel to be delivered.

9. Failed Delivery

If a parcel comes back to us because of:

  • A wrong address
  • Nobody being available to receive it
  • The delivery being refused
  • No reply to the courier's calls or messages

you may have to pay for:

  • The return shipping
  • Sending the parcel again
  • Customs charges, where they apply

A refund may not be possible in these cases.

10. Parcels Sent to the Wrong Person

Very rarely, a courier mistake, a system error, a labelling problem, or human error can send a parcel to the wrong person.

If a parcel meant for another customer of ours is delivered to you by mistake, you agree to help us get it back and redirected to its rightful owner.

Only to recover and correctly deliver the parcel, we may share limited delivery details with:

  • Courier companies
  • Shipping agents
  • Logistics providers
  • Customs brokers
  • Delivery coordinators

These details may include:

  • The recipient's name
  • The delivery city and country
  • Tracking information
  • Courier reference numbers

We will take reasonable care not to reveal sensitive personal information unnecessarily.

You agree that we may use available courier and shipping information to find, recover, redirect, or correctly deliver a parcel that was misrouted, swapped, mislabelled, or sent to the wrong person. You also agree to reasonably help return or redirect any parcel you receive by mistake.

If you refuse to cooperate in good faith, we may take legal action where the law allows.

11. Sharing Delivery Information

You authorize [Your Brand Name] to share the delivery information that is needed with our logistics partners and couriers, only where reasonably necessary to:

  • Complete your order
  • Correct a delivery mistake
  • Recover a parcel delivered to the wrong person
  • Arrange an exchange shipment
  • Organize a second delivery attempt
  • Solve customs problems
  • Look into shipping disputes

We share only what is needed to complete these shipping tasks. We never sell, rent, or profit from your information.

12. Split Shipments

We may send the items in your order separately when this is necessary for our operations.

You will not pay extra shipping fees for a split shipment that we arrange.

13. When the Risk Passes to You

Once the courier successfully delivers your parcel, the risk of loss passes to you.

The courier's proof of delivery counts as evidence that the parcel was delivered.

14. Events Beyond Our Control

We are not responsible for shipping delays or failures caused by things we cannot reasonably control, including:

  • Natural disasters
  • Floods
  • Earthquakes
  • Fires
  • Pandemics
  • Government restrictions
  • War
  • Strikes
  • Power or utility failures
  • Transport disruptions

15. Limit of Our Liability

As far as the law allows, [Your Brand Name] is not liable for:

  • Courier mistakes
  • Customs delays
  • Lost profits
  • Indirect losses
  • Consequential losses
  • Delivery delays beyond our control

If we are found liable, our responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.
